'Neon Abyss 2' is operated by or on behalf of Veewo Games Co., LTD (we, us and our). We are a limited company registered in the People's Republic of China under registered company number [91350211MA3466BL77] with its registered office at A364, Room 404, No.50 Chengyi North Street, Software Park III, Jimei District, Xiamen, Fujian, China.

Your use of the game 'Neon Abyss 2' and any content and services offered by us within it ("Neon Abyss 2 Services") is subject to these terms and by downloading, accessing, or using the Neon Abyss 2 Services you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Neon Abyss 2 Services. Use and processing of your personal information submitted to or via the Neon Abyss 2 Services is governed by our privacy policy, available at https://www.veewo.com/neonabyss2/privacy-policy.

These terms were last updated on 1st Aug 2026. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time by changing them on this webpage and notifying you (with the updated terms being displayed on-screen or with a link to the updated terms) when you next access the Neon Abyss 2 Services.

2. Access to Neon Abyss 2 Services

The Neon Abyss 2 Services are made available on the Nintendo eShop™ (Nintendo Switch), the Microsoft Store (Xbox) and the PlayStation™Store (PS5) (each a "Third Party Platform", and together the "Third Party Platforms"), and you are responsible for complying with the additional terms issued by the relevant Third Party Platform as applicable to the Third Party Platform you use.

Your account with the relevant Third Party Platform will enable you to access the Neon Abyss 2 Services. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use as soon as you become aware of it via Discord at the following link (https://discord.com/channels/525689192957739018/1351752647404818442).

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Neon Abyss 2 Services, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms or if any details you provide to us or a Third Party Platform for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false. Note that your account with a Third Party Platform is managed and controlled by that Third Party Platform, and any restriction or termination of such account is subject to that Third Party Platform's own terms and policies.

You must be over the age of 13 years to use the Neon Abyss 2 Services under these terms. By using the Neon Abyss 2 Services you thereafter confirm and guarantee that you are over the age of 13 years.

If you are over the age of 13 years but a minor (under the relevant minimum age of majority where you are based), then your parent or guardian:

• is also required to read and agree to these terms and is subject to them; and
• is responsible, and by allowing you to use the Neon Abyss 2 Services accepts responsibility, for your activities (including without limitation your compliance with the User Conduct section of these terms (section 6 below)).

We recommend that parents and guardians also become familiar with the parental control features available through the relevant Third Party Platform, which govern features such as online play and interaction with other users. Given that Neon Abyss 2 includes Public Lobbies that may be joined by other users (see sections 4 and 5 below), parents and guardians should pay particular attention to the communication and content controls offered by the relevant Third Party Platform. The Neon Abyss 2 Services may only be downloaded, accessed and used on a device owned or controlled by you and running the relevant operating system for which the Neon Abyss 2 Services was designed, so you must make sure you have a compatible device which meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to download, access, and use the Neon Abyss 2 Services. You will be assumed to have obtained permission from the owner of any device that is controlled, but not owned, by you to download the Neon Abyss 2 Services. You accept responsibility, in accordance with these terms, for all access to, and use of, the Neon Abyss 2 Services by you on any device, whether or not it is owned by you.

We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, functions or content of the Neon Abyss 2 Services to users who have registered with us. We cannot and do not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the Neon Abyss 2 Services or that the Neon Abyss 2 Services will respond at a certain speed (since this depends on a number of factors outside our control).

3. Licence and Intellectual Property

We license, but do not sell, to you the Neon Abyss 2 Services. We remain the owner of the Neon Abyss 2 Services at all times. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive licence to use the Neon Abyss 2 Services for your non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Neon Abyss 2 Services and in any content contained in it (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trade marks and logos), are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly set out here, nothing in these terms gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading the Neon Abyss 2 Services or any content from the Neon Abyss 2 Services.

4. Online Play

Neon Abyss 2 offers both single-player and multiplayer modes of play. Multiplayer is optional and you are never required to play online or with other players to access the single-player game.

Multiplayer is organised through Lobbies of up to four (4) players. Any player may create a Lobby, and may set its visibility to one of the following:

• Private: invite-only. Only players you specifically invite may join.
• Friends: only players on your friends list (as drawn from the relevant Third Party Platform) may join.
• Public: any other player may join, without requiring an invitation from you.

See section 5 below for the native communication features (including chat) available to you within a Lobby, and section 6 for the conduct rules that apply there.

Neon Abyss 2 does not offer dedicated matchmaking. Public Lobbies are opt-in only. A Lobby is only open to unknown players if you or another player has actively chosen to set it to Public.

Where a paid online membership is required by a Third Party Platform in order to access online features, you are responsible for maintaining that membership. Online features depend on the relevant Third Party Platform's network infrastructure and may be affected by the availability of that Third Party Platform's services, over which we have no control.

5. Communication

Neon Abyss 2 includes the following native communication features, provided by us as part of the Neon Abyss 2 Services (rather than by a Third Party Platform) and available to you within a Lobby (see section 4 above):

• Emotes; and
• Emojis (that may include fixed text or phrases selectable by players, rather than free text).

Neon Abyss 2 does not include any native text, voice or video communication features.

Player names displayed to other players in Neon Abyss 2 are drawn directly from the relevant Third Party Platform profile.

Because emotes and emojis are provided directly by us rather than by a Third Party Platform, we are responsible for setting and enforcing standards of conduct for these features (see section 6, User Conduct, below), rather than referring you to a Third Party Platform's own community guidelines for this purpose.

Players may also be able to communicate using voice or party chat features provided directly by a Third Party Platform, entirely outside the Neon Abyss 2 Services. Such communications are governed by that Third Party Platform's own terms of service and community guidelines, which you should review and comply with separately. We have no visibility of, control over, or responsibility for any such communications.

Please note that whilst communication between players is not mandatory to access Neon Abyss 2 Services, the cooperative nature of the game means that effective communication between players significantly enhances the experience. Parents and guardians of younger players should be aware of this, and should familiarise themselves with the parental controls referred to in section 2 above.

6. User Conduct

These rules apply to all use of the Neon Abyss 2 Services, including the Online Play and Communication features described in sections 4 and 5 above. You may only use the Neon Abyss 2 Services:

• if you are a consumer (and not a business user) for non-commercial, personal use;
• only in accordance with these terms and in accordance with any applicable terms of any relevant Third Party Platform;
• only for lawful purposes (complying with all applicable laws and regulations); and
• in a responsible manner.

Subject to the following sections, you may retrieve and display content from the Neon Abyss 2 Services on your device and store or stream the Neon Abyss 2 Services in electronic form incidentally in the normal course of use of your device. Additional terms may also apply to certain features, parts or content of the Neon Abyss 2 Services.

Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms or permitted by law, you agree that you will not, nor allow anyone else to, use your account or the Neon Abyss 2 Services to:

• access or attempt to access any Neon Abyss 2 Services which you have not purchased or subscribed to;
• engage or assist with any exploits, cheats, or unfair practices in the course of play;
• interfere with or disrupt another player's use of the Neon Abyss 2 Services, or use the Neon Abyss 2 Services to upload, distribute, or engage with communications or content (including via emotes or emojis - see section 5 above) that could be considered harmful or inappropriate;
• communicate with others, via emotes or emojis, in a manner that could reasonably be considered prohibited, including content or communications that are abusive, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, related to terrorism, profane, obscene, bullying, harassing, or endangering minors;
• infringe the rights of anyone else (including, but not limited to rights of privacy and intellectual property rights);
• carry out any activity that is against the law (for example, fraud or impersonating someone);
• republish, redistribute or re-transmit the Neon Abyss 2 Services;
• copy or store the Neon Abyss 2 Services other than for your use as permitted by these terms and applicable law;
• engage in any malware, spam, or phishing activity;
• remove or change any content of the Neon Abyss 2 Services or attempt to circumvent security or interfere with the proper working of the Neon Abyss 2 Services or any server on which it is hosted;
• use the Neon Abyss 2 Services in a way that might damage our name or reputation or that of any of our affiliates; or
• otherwise do anything that is not expressly permitted by these terms.

All rights granted to you will terminate immediately in the event that you are in breach of any of the terms. If you or someone using your account does not follow these rules, we may (at our discretion) send you a warning, remove any illegal or harmful communications and content, temporarily or permanently remove or restrict your access to the Neon Abyss 2 Services, or report conduct to the relevant Third Party Platform or relevant authorities.

You can report issues relating to conduct within the Neon Abyss 2 Services via email using the email address support@veewo.com.

7. Third Party Platforms

You must comply with all applicable terms of service, rules and policies applying to the Third Party Platforms and any other service through which you access the Neon Abyss 2 Services.

Certain online features (for example, platform account systems, friends lists, achievements/trophies, and any platform-level voice or party chat) are provided by the relevant Third Party Platform under its own terms and conditions, and are subject to availability, regional restrictions, and changes at that Third Party Platform's discretion. We are not responsible for these services and do not guarantee their continued availability.

Your continued access to the online features of the Neon Abyss 2 Services depends on maintaining a valid account, and where required a paid online membership, with the relevant Third Party Platform, in good standing. We have no control over a Third Party Platform's decisions regarding your account or any such membership with that platform.

8. Neon Abyss 2 Services, Features, and Content

Where you pay to download the Neon Abyss 2 Services, we warrant:

• In the United Kingdom and European Union: that such purchases will substantially comply with the description provided by us at the point of download or purchase and that any services we provide through the Neon Abyss 2 Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill; and
• Outside the United Kingdom and European Union: that such purchases will be made available on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

We reserve the right to change features of the Neon Abyss 2 Services by making updates available for download or, where your device settings permit it, by automatic delivery of updates. Depending on the nature of the update, you may not be able to continue using the Neon Abyss 2 Services until you have downloaded the updated version.

Where the Neon Abyss 2 Services makes content available, you acknowledge that such content may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to cease to provide and/or update content to the Neon Abyss 2 Services, with or without notice to you, if we need to do so for security, legal, or any other reasons.

Whilst we try to make sure that any content we make available via the Neon Abyss 2 Services is correct, you acknowledge that the Neon Abyss 2 Services may make content available which is derived from a number of sources, for which we are not responsible. In all cases, information made available by the Neon Abyss 2 Services is not intended to amount to authority or advice on which reliance should be placed. You should check with us or the relevant information source before acting on any such information.

Except as set out in these terms, we make or give no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, integrity, quality, fitness for purpose or originality of any content of the Neon Abyss 2 Services and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms of any kind are hereby excluded and we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of you or anyone else relying on the content of the Neon Abyss 2 Services.

9. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability to you:

• for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• for fraudulent misrepresentation;
• for breach of any term implied by applicable consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and which, by law, may not be limited or excluded; or
• for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded.

Subject to this, in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses and any liability we do have for losses you suffer is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable and shall not, in aggregate, exceed the total fees paid by you for the Neon Abyss 2 Services in respect of which the liability arises.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We are not liable for any loss, disruption, or degradation of service arising from the unavailability or termination of a Third Party Platform's services.

10. General Terms

You may not transfer or assign any or all of your rights or obligations under these terms.

All notices given by you to us must be given in writing to the address set out at the end of these terms.

If we fail to enforce any of our rights, that does not result in a waiver of that right.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain unaffected.

These terms may not be varied except with our express written consent.

These terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to their subject matter. We are required by law to advise you that any contract formed on these terms may be concluded in the English language only and that there are no public filing requirements for the Neon Abyss 2 Services.

These terms shall be governed by English law, except that if you are based elsewhere (such as the European Union), there may be certain mandatory applicable laws of your country which apply for your benefit and protection in addition to or instead of certain provisions of English law.

Subject to the next paragraph, you agree that any dispute between you and us regarding these terms or the Neon Abyss 2 Services will only be dealt with by the English courts, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland or a country of the European Union, you can choose to bring legal proceedings either in your country or in England, but if we bring legal proceedings, we may only do so in your country.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the Consumer Redress in the European Union platform https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu provides information about alternative dispute resolution which may be of interest and we are required to inform you that you may use it if there is a dispute that cannot be resolved between you and us.
